Wait time wasn’t long, maybe 25 minutes and the doctor was nice and attentive. However, they didn’t test for the reasons why I came in the first place and there was no follow up. I called every week for three weeks with no return call. I called again a few weeks later to finally get my results and to complain. The doctor actually called me back but didn’t give me the information I was looking for. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I do not recommend.

After seeing another hematologist who was, in short, clinical and dismissive, we came to Dr. Zarubin after reading his reviews. He certainly lived up to them! Aside from the fact that I think the front desk forgot about us outside the office for over an hour, the visit was great. Dr. Zarubin is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring; he took the time to talk to us, not at us, and answer whatever questions we had. It never felt like he was in a rush or didn’t have time for our questions. It’s nice to find a doctor who truly makes their patients feel heard. We will definitely be going back to him should the need arise.

Great experience with Dr. Zarubin. He gave very thorough explanations and was very patient in answering all of my many questions. I did not feel rushed at all. He was very clear in explaining what he was/wasn't concerned about and what are the next steps. Highly recommended.
