I moved from NYC recently and Vegas isn’t exactly the best city in terms of healthcare and having an abundance of different professional specialists.
Very happy I found Dr. Kazarian! The fact he started his medical career outside the US tells a lot, because he has different perspective, not only American. I’ve noticed preventative medicine in the US is poor compared to Europe and Asia, so I felt Dr. Kazarian honored that.
He’s kind, very knowledgeable, attentive and he takes time, he wasn’t rushing like others do.
Everyone at the office was very nice and friendly.
Next time I will do physical and will update if anything changes. So far I’m very happy.

I visited Dr. Kazarian’s office due to severe abdominal pain. He recommended I see a gastroenterologist, and I agreed—it was the right decision. Unfortunately, I’ve been waiting over a week to receive the referral note needed to schedule the appointment.
It’s disappointing because Dr. Kazarian seems like a good doctor, and the staff is friendly, but I can’t keep waiting. When I called yesterday, I was told that sending the note wasn’t simple and that my full medical history needed to be gathered first. That was surprising—I’ve only had one visit, so there isn’t much history, and I’m not asking them to find a specialist. I just need a note stating I was advised to see a gastroenterologist, so I can move forward with a provider I’ve already researched.
I was also told I need a general exam and blood work, but I may need to go elsewhere, as this delay has already taken too long.
