“My doctor was very attentive and genuinely listened to my concerns. She was thorough, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the appointment. I really appreciate her care and I’m glad to have her as my doctor. The only caveat is that I requested a specific medication that she did not feel was appropriate, but aside from that, my experience with her has been excellent. I highly recommend her.”

I had a good experience during my first couple of visits. However, once virtual appointments started, I wasn’t comfortable with them, but I trusted the doctor’s plan and the prescribed medication.
I missed an appointment, assuming I would receive a reminder call, as I tend to forget sometimes. When I called to follow up, I was told someone would call me back in 15 minutes, but it took 45 minutes. After that, I was informed that no appointments were available for the entire week.
I’m left wondering if there is anyone who genuinely cares
I am a mental health patient that’s what I being told, so I expect to be treated as one—with proper care, professionalism, and consistent follow-up from my doctor.

I had the best experience with Shauna today! I came in for an annual visit and I was a bit nervous since I haven’t been to a provider in years. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She really listened to me and was very knowledgeable. The space was also so welcoming and calm. It helped me feel more at ease, especially since I was already anxious to go in. I would definitely recommend Shauna! Thank you so much!
