I had an 10:45am appt that I was on time for, signed in with one person then was told I need to change my PCP to the Dr. I was seeing. After doing so I was them met by a different representative and told to fill out forms then there was some difficulty with confirming approval of my insurance. Lastly after waiting over Andrew I over hear another patient asking how many ppl and was told the dr doesn't start till 12 and this was at about 4 mins to 12pm. When I asked is the dr there yet I was told he's on his way.

The doctor seemed more focused on pushing expensive chest screenings rather than addressing the concerns I brought up. I had to go back multiple times for him to check off the things I actually needed, while he checked off labs he wanted me to do that weren’t requested.Seems like he’s prioritizing money over patient care.

When I arrived, the office informed me that the doctor was not in. I asked if someone was available to see me. They informed me that the nurse was the only one but was unwilling as she was leaving shortly. When I asked why the appointment was accepted or allowed, they shrugged her shoulders and asked if I could come back in two weeks.

The office is clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. EKG, lab work, Sonogram are done in the office. Next follow up appointment scheduled. Most insurance accepted.

The whole experience was terrible. The doctors office was not wheel chair accessible.
The doctor had his assistant talking to me and when the doctor showed up he was whispering to his assistant and he walked away.
He never gave me any reasons for not seeing me and they all walked away.
Poor service, the stuff are not clear and the doctor himself doesn't have time for patients too

The experience was overall good. Staff is helpful and pleasant. As a woman, they were delicate and offered me lots of privacy. Dr. Chakote listened carefully and asked follow-up questions. The office is fully equipped so you likely can get any tests you need done there on the same day.

I will highly recommend this office. The doctor was nice and pleasant. The male nurse took his time i told him l’m afraid of needles but they made me comfortable, great bedside manner that I didn’t feel the needle at all. Overall experience I will continue to come here.

The girls in the office were wonderful but the doctor was horrible, could care less about me and I had to push for blood draw and referrals. Only going back for my results but other then that never again!!!! He even forgot to get me the referral that he just wrote down, I had to remind him to give it to me then I ask him what would be a good specialist doctor to go to and he proceeded to tell me to ask the girls in front very dismissively. Again the other people in the office had a better bedside manner then the doctor did. I’d rather talk to the medical staff then him.

I really like Dr. Chakote. He is straight forward and to the point. Not the warmest but I am not going to the doctor to be coddled. He did the labs that my insurance covered and most important he took the time to go over them with me. It turns out I had some minor issues but he told me how to I hopefully return them to normal numbers and he gave a prescription for vitamin D2 which has really changed my overall well being. I shocked how much better I feel just from taking a vitamin! I have had labs taken by dozens of doctors and even though I have been given my results, I have never had a doctor take the time to explain the numbers to me. I really appreciate Dr. Chakote.
