The front desk staff was very polite and appeared to enjoy their job. The nurse that took my information made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My blood pressure noticed; it was normal! The doctor was polite and I could tell he read my chart. I am well pleased with my change in doctors. Now I no longer dread going back next year.

I arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment as a new patient experiencing breast pain. Lisa checked me in and in less than 10 minutes I was called in by Sandy who took my vitals and medical history. Sandy was professional, easy to talk to and funny. Dr. Almendazar was great and quick to diagnose my needs and course of care based on my fibrocystic breast history and past removal of breast adenomas and abdominal myomectomy. Everyone was so nice and thorough. This is MY new GYN. Highly recommend. I didn’t get the name of the young lady who checked me out, but she was pleasant, too and asked her manager to confirm my copay (they were having issues with inputs on the computer, I believe) before she finalized my transaction.
