Totally different approach. This is the first any doctor has done any testing to find what was causing my symptoms. Turned out I had low thyroid, inflammation and my brain chemicals were out of balance. Highly reccomended!!

Amazing! I was on xanax and my doctor stopped prescribing it. Valerie tested my neurotransmitters and adrenals and told me my levels were low. After trying a different diet and some supplements I am off the xanax and my anxiety is completely gone.

I saw Valerie because I wanted to get off Aderal for my ADD. She discovered through testing that I had gluten sensitivity and 10 other food allergies. I changed my diet and weaned off the Aderal. It has been 2 months and I am medication free and can focus fine now
