My intentional process as a mental health counselor with a humanistic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices. I focus on person-centered therapy, where I guide and support clients in their processing, providing a safe space for exploration. I focus on acting as a beacon, using your expertise to illuminate areas for growth and improvement—my therapeutic concentrates on mindfulness, which involves fostering self-discovery and empowerment. I encourage clients to navigate their challenges while offering insights and tools for their journey toward healing and personal development.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
