First. let me say I don't often leave reviews but I always read them,
I'm usually skeptical until I experience it for myself. I have had one visit with Dr. Bustos but my initial thought is that she is the doctor I have been looking for. She took her time with me, she actually took her time to talk to me!! she was very approachable, very confident, her bedside manner is amazing. Every person I encountered was kind and the facility was very clean. I liked everything about my visit from beginning until end.

Very good appointment. Dr Bustos was very nice and very thorough. She allowed plenty of time for questions and concerns - never gave the impression she was in a hurry to leave the room like many doctors do.
Definitely think I made a great choice for my doctor since I am new to the Phoenix area.

The front office is very light and inviting. The front office personnel is very friendly and professional. The doctor session is very personnel, friendly, and professional. The doctor didn't say right off , that I'm, fat and need to lose weight. That was very kind, because we both know it's true, but don't need it shoved into my face. The Phenomenology person was also very nice and good in her job. Thank you. :)

This was my first visit, and it was great. Everyone was very friendly and personable, which I always appreciate! Also, I hardly had to wait to see my doctor. Quickest visit/wait I've ever had! Dr. Bustos seemed to consider all that I told her and recommended additional testing which was nice. Overall a good experience.
