Valerie was very friendly and thorough and presented herself as a very professional and competent practitioner, but the front-office staff seemed unprofessional and overall the office seemed disorganized. The theme of the morning was returning calls to customers who had called to inquire about their eyeglasses - all of which were apparently delayed.

The staff in the office are GREAT! Michael Acker is quite personable and he made the hour wait seem much shorter than it really was. Once I got to see Dr. Valerie Robbins-Acker she was awesome too. They made me feel very comfortable and created a great office environment. This has definitely been the best optometrist visit that I have ever had!
