Dr. Le is a consummate professional and a wonderful person. She's warm and funny, but also very knowledgeable about her specialty (Pain management). You feel like you're in good hands when she treats you. And she even played a joke on me, saying that the patient (my husband) required pizza to recover! She is a gift to the profession, and we highly recommend her.

Vanny Le, MD is an Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School. She completed an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship Program at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center/Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York.
Recently, she presented her research on “Permanent Resolution of Pain after Spinal Cord Stimulator Trial” for the American Society of Regional Anesthesia, and has co-authored a chapter on chronic foot pain in Understanding Pain, a book dedicated to patient education.
Dr. Le provides treatment for all forms of pain including but not limited to neck pain, back pain, headaches, facial pain, diabetic neuropathy, joint pain, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, sports-related injuries, cancer pain, postoperative management of pain, including regional anesthesia and is an essential part of the Acute Pain Service Team at University Hospital. Recently, Dr. Le was promoted to the position of Assistant Program Director of the Anesthesiology Residency program. She serves as Chair of the Education Committee for the Department of Anesthesiology and is an integral member in the development of the residency education curriculum.
