During both appointments I did not receive any acknowledgment of tardiness. Things come up, I totally get it. However, as a professional I would expect that same courtesy that I would extend to another professional.

Sandra is professional and I think listens well. However, both sessions started late and she didn't acknowledge the tardiness or apologize for it. I also tried to schedule a session after both sessions and she did not know how to do that. So that was disappointing as well. I've decided to stay with my current provider.
