Dr. Jain is extremely competent and thorough - I really appreciated how much she asked me about family history in addition to the "basic questions". The office itself is OK - they're relatively together, but it seems as though they're working with some older equipment and a building that has seen better days. In addition, I get the sense that the front office isn't quite as on top of insurance questions as they could be. FYI that they include an EKG as part of a standard physical (non-standard, and may be an additional expense depending on your insurance).

I found Dr. Jain a few years ago in an effort to get a second opinion after another doctor hastily prescribed me lifelong serious medication without any kind of examination. I’m so glad I did! Turns out my situation was explained with basic bloodwork and over the counter vitamins!!! Since then, Dr. Jain has always listened to me, taken her time with me and been so kind and safe to be with. For someone who is actually quite terrified of doctors, I have always felt at ease with her. I can’t recommend her enough!

I felt that Dr. Jain minimized my concerns and provided a short, sketchy physical. Being an older person, I have had many physical exams and this had to be the worst. I left there feeling as though I had met with a condescending teacher. I will look for another doctor!

I was so thrilled with Dr. Jain and everyone I encountered at the Old Orchard Medical Group. The facility was clean, the women at reception were incredibly friendly, I was taken back immediately and my experience with Dr. Jain was relaxed, thorough and genuine. This was my first doctor visit in many years so Dr. Jain was very thorough, sensitive to my nervousness and put me at ease throughout, took time to get to know me, was gentle and gave very clear instructions for everything that would come next. I will definitely be utilizing this doctor and/or medical group moving forward. Highly recommend!

Felt very comfortable during my appointment. Check-in staff competent and polite. Dr. Jain was very thorough and understanding. I needed blood drawn and felt woozy. The tech was very professional and took me into a private room so that I could be more comfortable. I was immediately at ease.

I'm glad that she's not a doctor that readily prescribes medication but only as last resort. Enhanced Diet and regular exercise were Rx for me prognosis in this quick fix society ....there's hope! Thanks Dr. Jain
