Dr. Woolridge is a native of Mansfield, Louisiana. Her desire to become a physician was recognized at a young age. She attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology.
Dr. Woolridge received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. At Howard University, she delivered her first baby and was exposed to addressing women's health in a clinical setting. Those experiences made her decision to practice obstetrics and gynecology an easy one. She did her residency in OB/GYN at Tulane University College of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. After completion of her residency, she began practicing medicine in Plano, Texas. Her office is located on the campus of Medical Center of Plano. Hospital affiliations are Medical Center of Plano, Surgery Center of Plano, and Presbyterian Hospital of Plano.

Was a patient for over 13 yrs - would have said "Love, Love, Love" in the past, but NO MORE! Learned 2 months ago she closed the practice and didn't inform all of her patients (last saw her 11/2015 and practice closed 3/2016). No excuse for not notifying patients! So now, where are all of my medical records from all of those years???
I have requested copies of my medical records 2 times now - the hospital Dr. Woolridge was associated with tracked her down after I called them and she gave them a PO Box for the medical record request.
Have to presume this is not an ethical process for a doctor...

She was quite pleasant as it was my first visit. My only complaint would be waiting for an hour and a half to see her. Appt at 10:15, saw her at 11:45...I too have a job. It was also u comfortably cold!!!
