Loved that I was able to book online, Dr. Upadhyaya was great. I had previously seen another gynecologist and she wanted to do an ultrasound to find my IUD. Dr. Upadhyaya was able to find it with no problems, and insert a new one. The office staff is very friendly and I love the Nurse practicioner. I wish I would have asked for her name. Anyways thank you!!!

Her office is small and was crowded when I went. Also I did not like the fact that I was trying to talk to her about my health concerns and she was talking so loud and the door was open. Some things should just be private because it’s your personal business. I was my comfortable and I would not recommend her

The visit was fine, it was the fact that I’ve been waiting on the results. She went out the country and i haven’t heard from the office at all. She then states that she will be back next month leaving me in pain.

Dr. Upadhyaya made the visit extremely comfortable and pleasant! Straightforward around birth control options and helped me decide on one that fit my lifestyle. Exam was quick and painless, didn't even notice anything because she kept my mind off of it with friendly conversation.

Very forgetful. Tells you to take labs and to come in for a visit only to tell you that she did nor or that it was a misunderstanding. Bills incorrectly for visits. They had me on hold for 15 mins. I was able to make it to the office from my home and was still on hold only to find one person in the office. Dr. speaks loudly in common area and everyone knows your personal business. Over talks you when you are expressing a concern. During my 1st ultrasound they didn’t even provide me with a picture. Please do not go here.

I waited for 1 hr and 45 mins to see the doctor. The ladies in the office were very young and did not seem like they knew what they were doing. I could hear the doctor scolding them for making mistakes with patients multiple times while I was waiting.
The worst aspect of it all was that the doctor made me undress in front of her, which was odd to me but at this point didn’t care too much, BUT she left the door open. When I asked that she shut the door she said she was waiting for someone to bring something to her and she couldn’t shut it yet- but continued to ask me to open my legs?!?! So the nurse, not sure if she was actually a nurse she had braces and looked 16, came into the room without knocking or announcing, while the doctor was examining me. It was very unprofessional and I felt very comfortable. The doctor also never gave me a warning when she was about to begin so I got a bit jumpy from that. Overall I do not recommend at all. I read some negative reviews on here and thought I’d give her and the office the benefit of the doubt- but don’t.

A lot of things seemed unorganized. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and complained about their system being down the whole visit.Also, I was asked to pay a copayment for a preventative visit which is covered by my insurance but the receptionist didnt seem to know that. I was prescribed antibiotics but it took the office over 6 hours to send to my pharmacy and I still don't have them. Very bad experience.

My first visit went okay. I found it a little strange that after the PAP smear was done, I was instructed to dress while she was still in the room. My other gyno's have respected my privacy and understand how uncomfortable you can feel after an exam.
My second visit was a complete disaster. I had scheduled for it 6 months earlier. Between that time, they acquired a new system and my appointment never transferred. I questioned this and they blew me off like it was no big deal. I only waited 45 minutes to be seen. Once I was seen by Dr. Varsha, she was very pushy and tried to get started with the exam right away, when I clearly was presenting concerns and questions I had. It was the quickest PAP smear I have ever received. Over in 5-10 seconds which was a huge concern. I have had problems with my PAPs for a few years now which she was aware of. I asked if they could give me a call with the results no matter what. I was told they couldn't do that because it was too much to ask of their new staff. Well she got that right, the rest of the staff seemed clueless and not very professional. I am very disappointed and will be finding a new doctor and getting another PAP smear to make sure everything is okay.
