Dr. Schultz is great. This was my second time going to her, and she listened to all of my questions/concerns.
Dr Schultz is very kind and I feel really nice cared for. It was the least stressful doctor appointment I had ever
Easy to schedule with and very responsive to inquiries I made in the patient portal. Relaxed and approachable bedside manner.

Dr. Schultz is very kind and thorough. Would recommend!
I was very disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a prenatal care and ultrasound appointment through Zocdoc due to relocating. The office did not contact me until the day before my appointment to cancel, stating the doctor did not have ultrasound availability and was not accepting new patients—despite advertising these services and allowing appointments to be booked. When I asked for clarification, I was told I was “too far along,” which is exactly why I needed prenatal care and an ultrasound. This was after I was instructed to have my previous provider fax over my medical records and was told they would be reviewed and I would receive a response the same day prior to my appointment. I never heard back and had to follow up myself, only to be told the doctor would need to refer me elsewhere. The lack of communication and last-minute cancellation were extremely frustrating. This office should not advertise services or accept appointments if they are unable to provide care.

Rachael was great. These women appointments can be so uncomfortable especially when you’re a new patient. She made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to me. For some reason I was worried about finding a good doctor being in the city, but she is amazing. Would recommend her to all my friends!!
Verified patient
Dr Schultz is excellent! I saw her for a well woman visit along with some concerns about irregular periods. She explained things super well. Her bedside manner is great and she made me feel super comfortable.
Verified patient
Very nice woman, just not the right fit for me. Didn’t really feel like she listened to my concerns or worries, disagreed with my wishes to take a more proactive approach for my diagnosis. Disappointed that this office seems to only have dated treatment options.
I was extremely nervous walking into this appointment as I’d never been to an OBGYN before. The front desk lady who checked me in was very nice and was clear about if I owed anything, that my insurance was in network, told me where to sit. Those things matter to a nervous patient! My first time here, I don’t know where I’m going, what I’m doing, i appreciate instructions haha!! I waited for about 15, as I’d gotten to my appointment about 15 minutes early, (they advise).I was taken into a room and one of the assistants gave me the quick spiel on what’s gonna happen for the visit. Doc came in and was very nice, very calming energy which was appreciated. She was very good at explaining the process of what she was going to do and when during the exam which again, very appreciated for a nervous patient. I had to get blood drawn as well and the phlebotomist was as quick as she could be ; I’m one to close my eyes with needles so I really can’t say what she did haha! Would recommend :)

Dr Schultz was very professional and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. She provided a clear plan for future care, taking my input into consideration. I will definitely continue seeing her.
Dr. Schulz was very kind. I had not had a checkup in a long time and there was no shame or anything. Just understanding and clear communication!

I had a great experience! Dr. Schultz was friendly and a great listener, I felt very heard which has not been the case with previous providers. She’s very knowledgeable and understanding of individual preferences.
Great overall experience!
Dr. Schultz was so nice and so helpful. I am definitely overly anxious about doctors visits of any kind especially gyno and she definitely heard me but didn’t feed into which was great. Definitely recommend her!
Verified patient
Dr. Schultz is overall just a great doctor. This was the first time I met with her and she made me feel extremely comfortable. We had a great conversation and she made me feel like she actually cared about my wellbeing. Will be continuing my care with her.

The entire office was so warm and welcoming. Dr. Schultz was so easy to talk to and explained everything as we went through the appointment. So grateful to ZocDoc for connecting me with her. Highly recommend.

I normally get a lot of anxiety when I go to the doctor, but Dr. Schultz is always so kind, understanding and patient. I can’t recommend her enough!
Dr. Schultz was extremely kind and receptive to my concerns and questions. She spent time getting to know me and asking me questions to make sure that an IUD was a good option for me. She told me exactly what she was doing the whole time I received a PAP smear and breast exam. It was a very good experience.
Dr. Rachael Schultz was great. Very informative & thorough and gave me a range of information to consider off my questions. Felt like she really listened & cared. I also fainted getting some blood drawn shortly after seeing Dr. Schultz, and the staff took care of me like I was a family member. Raquel and Jasmine were angels, truly. Thank you so much!

Didn’t have my appointment. They cancelled 30 minutes before because the doctor had an emergency. Which is fine but they were extremely rude about it and when I called to re-schedule they acted like it was my fault I had to re-schedule last minute. When I did re-schedule for later that day, they never sent a confirmation email or text and when I called back they didn’t see my new appointment at all. I ended up cancelling and finding somewhere else. If they were polite I would not have minded but they were rude and extremely short to me like this was my fault. It was wild lol
Dr. Schultz was great! I felt very comfortable and she was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be going back to see her again!
I had a wonderful experience. Went in for annual exam and talk about IUD removal, was able to get IUD removed and was not as painful as I expected! I didn’t have to take any pain relievers and was very surprised at how quick and easy it was. I will definitely go back.
Such a good experience
I was happy to experience myself that the doctor I chose on zocdoc that had a 4+ star rating was absolutely worth a 4+ star rating or more! Great experience
Dr Schultz was thorough and compassionate. I felt heard and cared for, which is all I wanted! I talked through my concerns and she was able to respond specifically and with options for me. I feel very comfortable moving through the process with her.

I had a great experience with this doctor! She is very friendly, a good listener, and supportive of your needs. I look forward to seeing her again in the future if needed.

I hadn't seen Dr Schultz before but she was very helpful in talking through my endometriosis and another possible diagnosis. She is a great listener and provided lots of recommendations. Dr Schultz also clearly communicated the limits of what she can do and when to consult a specialist for further treatment. I am happy to have found a good gynecologist who takes pelvic pain and related symptoms seriously.
I almost always feel rushed through an appointment when I go to the doctor. But Dr. Schultz took her time with me, and happily answered all of my questions. She was friendly, helpful an patient with me!
