Visited for well women’s exam arrived super early due to some mix ups and a different doctors office... I was seen right after I filled out the new patient paperwork was super happy! Doctor was very nice welcoming and personable! Dr. Achanta is a star! And will be my go to doctor! Thanks so much to the awesome staff for being so accommodating and flexible!

The office staff was not very knowledgeable about anything. Very unprofessional. Wait time was more than 30 mins. Was told they couldn’t take a photo of my insurance card. Which didn’t make any sense this is 2018 everything is electronic!
The doctor spent maybe 5 minuets with me. As a healthcare professional myself, I know what to expect. And this office was every reason why I love my job. To make sure I don’t make patients feel the way I felt today. The doctor seemed okay...but an office staff can really make or break your practice & review...such as the one I am writing now. Mind you, I am never one to write a review. Very unsatisfies with today’s visit. I hope the office staff reads this & will make adjustments for future patient satisfaction.

I showed up for my appointment at 8am and the door was locked. The nurse didn't arrive for 15 minutes.
I came back the next day for a follow up blood work and they weren't even there at all, I waited 20 minutes.
The blood test results were never shared with me and I had to go pick up them myself so no explanation was given to me about what they said or if anything was good or bad.

The office staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. My mom was having severe shoulder pain and back pain so naturally, it took her a bit longer to get ready and I did not want to rush her.
I called the office to tell them that I will be late and she told me that I had to arrive before 10. SO I drove as fast as I could (legally) and walked my mom as fast as she could to get to the office. The parking lot was jam packed and I had to upset people for being so hasty in finding a spot. After all this, once I got to the Doctor's office, the lady at the desk was SO RUDE to my mom and me for being late!!! She rolled her eyes and kept sighing and giving us soo much attitude. It's quite incredible that this office even gets any patients at all.
So IF you don't mind being disrespected by the staff then, by all means, you can go to this office. I must mention though that the Doctor was extremely nice and made up for our horrible experience. We will not be going back.

The nurse who works there is really rude and not concerned about the condition of the patients.. like, I've been seeing this doctor since before she even started working there and I called to let them know if be running late, she purposely won't answer the phone and let's it go to voice mail. She sent me home because, she was hungry and told me that I would have to go somewhere else. I feel thw doctor is okay, but due to this reason i would never recommend anyone else to come here to have to go through her.

I visited Dr. Achanta for the first time today, looks like she is a pretty cool doctor. She has given enough time to listen my concerns and she understood everything well. Suggested medication too.
Wait time is less. You can visit Dr. Achanta without any second thought. I strongly recommend Dr. Achanta for any reason for primary care.
