Dr. Calcaterra was very nice, caring and very easy to work with. You can see he's experienced and takes what he does seriously. I understand he will be retiring this year, so I didn't let myself get too invested.
As offices go, I have to say this one was not very impressive. It was small and dated, with the receptionist's desk taking up a huge part of the waiting area. First impression wasn't great, as her desk was not only messy, but dirty as well. It may seem like a small thing but you just don't want to see that in a doctor's office.
