I have definitely found my new provider! Dr.Do listened and addressed my concerns regarding my health. Dr.Do and her staff was very friendly from the time I checked in, and through out my appointment. Bedside manners- Excellent. I came in as a referred patient and I will be referring Dr.Do to friends and family who are seeking a new PCP.

Not a great experience. Waited over an hour after check in before I was called back for vitals. Sat in the exam room for 2 hours waiting for the doctor because they thought I just early for appointment when I was asked to come early and they didn't see me on the schedule. And then when the final came in she went over my meds in a rush manner check my breathing/heart then said see me in 2 weeks. No real exam and did not address my reasons for the actual visit.

The Dr. Do, the nurses and the front desk staff were all very polite. Once I got inside, things started moving quickly! Each staff member was very clear and communicative about the process, protocols and next steps regarding my appointment from check in, diagnosis to checkout. I've already decided to continue seeing Dr. Do for my next annual physical. The only downside is they did not accept my zoc doc check in forms and I hate to complete them again with a third party
