Dr. Keith attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and graduated in 2000. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 2004 and later completed an Internship in General Surgery at the University of Texas in 2005. Dr. Keith completed her Anesthesiology residency at the University of Minnesota in 2010 and went on to complete her pain fellowship at Northwestern University in 2015. Dr. Keith is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. She is currently a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
Dr. Keith is bilingual in English and Spanish. She also holds a Medical License in California.

Everyone is very nice and professional; especially the medical assistants. One thing I hate about pain mgntt, dr's want to push medical procedures - I'm not ready for the procedure. It's unfortunate that we have such a drug epidemic in this country that everyone is looked at strange when it comes to pain med.
