Super helpful office staff and speedy process once called back. Dr.Umstead was easy to communicate with + gave me a good long term plan to follow as far as PT and treatment goes!

The medical assistant that helped me before I saw Seng was amazing! She actually gave me a set of crutches a patient had left that were much better than the crutches I came in with. It did seem very busy in the office, while I was there, and it took quite a while for me to see Seng. I actually was at the office for two hours, when I was just having a consultation to see what was happening in my knee. When I did see Seng, she was very kind and knowledgeable.

Although the wait to get in to see the PA was 45 minutes longer than my appointment time, the service by the desk personnel was professional and courteous. Once I saw the PA (which was minutes after I was given a room) she was more than professional. She spoke to me in a manner that was easy to understand. She was thorough and concise. I would return to see them if I were in need of Orthopedic service.
