“The check-in staff was so chill and helpful. I waited about 15minutes before I was called in to check my vitals and to be put into a room. The staff took my medical history and they were friendly and comfortable to speak to. I liked that the office was big and well-kept. Dr. Kang is a humble, sincere physician, and I appreciated his honesty in his opinions and his advice on how to manage my health issues. Although my native language is English, it's nice to have a PCP that is both fluent in English and Korean since my parents (they accompanied me to the doctor's appointment) are more comfortable communicating in the Korean language. After the appointment, I had a problem with my prescription at the pharmacy, and the office helped me solve the issue right away. ”

About Dr. Young Kang
Dr. Young Kang graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Biology. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas, Houston, where he again graduated with honors. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Ohio State University Hospital, home of the Buckeyes.
Before moving to Georgia in 2006 to start his own practice, Dr. Kang practiced Internal Medicine at Ohio State University Hospital, where he was a clinical assistant professor in Internal Medicine for over 10 years. He is now proud to call Georgia his home, having moved here with his wife and four children.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading the Bible and doing activities with his family, such as going to church, skiing, playing tennis, and golf. He also enjoys playing the clarinet and traveling.
