I felt like even though it was my first visit, she genuinely cared about my overall health and well-being. I dread visit to doctor’s office so much so that I postponed it for last 2 years. Glad I made that visit today. Dr. Williams listened, didn’t rush and gave me all the time it was required. Her bedside manners were excellent.
The office staff is very polite. She explained the reason for delay which I didn’t mind after Dr. Williams care.

Both Dr. Williams and the head nurse, Brandy, were great. Dr. Williams did a thorough health inventory since it was my first visit rather than giving you a clipboard to check boxes. Very personable and efficient. I was seen on time and didn't have to wait long between procedures; I was done in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Dr. Williams bedside manner was excellent. She was very helpful. This was my first time there and defenitly will becoming back. All the paper work was done online so I didn't have to waste time doing it at the office. It's the shortest wait I have ever had when going to doctor appointment. The staff in the office was also very nice.

First time patient for an annual physical.
Staff called and confirmed my appointment a day prior. Because I used ZocDoc they were able to get my online paperwork so i didn't have to fill out a form when I arrived. They were helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed during my visit.
Dr. Williams has a professional and warm bedside manner. She made sure to tell me what she was going to do and advised me what I needed to know for my wellness. Already booked for next year's visit.

I enjoyed Dr. Williams - I thought that she was very nice and very informative. Additionally, the wait was a bit longer due to system issues. She did apologize and informed me that it is being worked on. I was perfectly fine with that.
I did however, have to go to another area to check in. I believe it was room 304 - I thought that the front desk rep was somewhat unfocused. While myself and another lady were waiting in line for her to even acknowledge us, she was complaining about her computer and kept talking about cupcakes, although she knew we were there. The lady behind me had to get her attention in order for her to help us.
