Being a new patient I knew that my wait time would be a bit longer providing my medical and insurance information. I was completely satisfied with my visit with Dr Pham both with him and his staff. He was very nice and very understanding to my situation. He listened well and clearly answered all of my questions. Unlike some doctors that don't seem to listen or seem rushed to get on to their next patient, that was definitley not the case with this doctor. I truly appreciated the interest he showed and the manner in which he handled my concerns.

Dr. Pham hails from Fort Worth, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in chemical engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. He then received his medical doctorate at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, having been the recipient of the Gold-Headed Cane Award upon graduation. Dr. Pham remained in Galveston for his residency training, where he also undertook a number of medical mission trips to Vietnam, received the Residency Research Award, and was inducted into the Byron Bailey Surgical Society upon completion of his training. He sees adults and children for all ear, nose, and throat issues at the Downtown, Stone Oak, Southeast, and Westover Hills locations.

Doctor had me do a sleep study for my child then charged me because another doctor had to read the results. He wasn’t qualified to read the results of the sleep study. Will not be going back.

The wait was the worst part, over an hour wait and this is difficult especially if you are not feeling well and/or you are working.
Dr. Pham was very thorough and efficient, will definitely go back if need an ENT again.

I met Dr. Pham when our daughter went to him for a growth inside her neck, and my husband and I were very impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. Dr. Pham has an excellent bedside manner and is genuinely interested in his patients and takes his time to explain things. He is definitely NOT one of those six-minute-per-patient doctors. I was very pleased with the outcome of my appointment today and felt that he covered everything I needed to know. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

The wait was about 30 minutes, but the exam with the doctor took only about 5 minutes. I felt a little rushed. He does have a very good bedside manner.

I had to wait quite a while, about 45 minutes, but once I met with Dr. Pham I completely understood why. He took the time asking me all about my history, then explained the procedure (laryngoscopy) to me. After he got his pictures he took the time showing me what my throat looked like and what it should look like, making me understand just what was wrong. He was a fantastic doctor.
