She is great but the people who work there alongside her are inept. They never answer calls. Sometimes they hang up. When they do answer they immediately put you on hold for 30+ minutes.. I often go weeks without refills because no one answers my voice messages. They are reason alone to not want to see this doctor which is a huge shame because Viktoriya is wonderful. I can’t take it anymore and need to switch offices.

No bedside manners , rushed appointments with no result! They also never refill unless you come in for an appt for monthly needed acne fungus cream !!!

When i came first, they treated well. Waiting time is around 10-15 min. But second time when i came i waited half and hour . Front desk person is talking in phone. Nurse came 10-15 min late. And I'm waiting doctor inside the check up room. More than 15 min. When they called me for Time of appointment ,they told we open 11am and you are the first but here . Other people came and go who came after me.
