He received both his bachelor's degree and Master’s in Family Nursing from Molloy College, graduating with honors. Throughout his medical career, Rafael has worked in various healthcare settings. The Physician was very thorough, he took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a plan of care. He ordered labs and they were completed in house- same day, I was established as a new patient on a Sunday. 10/10.

I booked an appointment the night before for 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:20pm and was told by the front desk that I couldn’t be seen because the provider had an emergency. I understand emergency’s happen but why wasn’t I contacted before arrival to be informed that the appointment was cancelled. Just disappointing and a waste of time. I keep getting emails as if I was seen by the doctor by my appointment never happened.

Overall everything was fine but they forgot about me in the waiting room and I had to remind them to finish what they did. More importantly, they said that they will send prescription around 1:30-2:30, I had to go to work that time and when I came to pick it up at 6pm my pharmacy said that they never sent anything. And office is already closed at this time.
It’s very frustrating because I feel pain and need this medication asap and waiting another 12+ hours is actually A LOT.

I arrived earlier than my appointment time as instructed and then was waiting for over an hour while people that came in after me were seen sooner, which honestly felt personal also was not seen by the doctor i booked with but two nurses who were great and are not to blame for any of this. Also the building is very much constructed like a maze which makes it very very easy to get lost.
