I came here as she was a M.S.P.H. and drove far as I am having some breathing issue. I would never reccomned her office due to the administration. She left missing info and blood lab wouldn't take her orders. She is a provider from my insurance that has not network, and paid her and she became confused when the pharmacy faxed her the medication she perscribed wasn't covered. She saw my drug coverage and started sending me bills. I couldn't get past her answering service that only takes 2 lines and they coudln't explain well enough I did have the insurance. The answering service can't take any message about medication and once I wrote her and tried to reslove it she dropped me as a patient. She still denies she is a provider even after she was paid and then she has taken down that she accepts medicare not from this site and is sending legal letters as if I was a problem trying to call their officew for over 2 months to let them know they were paid. She made commincation impossible.

Dr. M was pleasant and professional enough. My complaint comes in the fact that I spent an additional 15 minutes on this site filling out medical history, etc. forms - under the guise of saving time when I arrived - all to no avail. Dr. M did not have the forms in question, and thus i DID have to duplicate the act! Where DID all that private medical info go, if not the physician???
