Faultless professionalism! The knowledgeable, efficient, caring, flawless information-gathering/testing procedures conducted by the eye professional prior to the exam by Dr. Basilice was jaw-dropping. I find Dr. Basilice, as always, a faultless professional. He has a most confident, warm, caring demeanor during this very thorough exam. I left feeling truly "cared for" by an exemplary physician and staff but, perhaps, more importantly, by good and kind human beings.

They have a very professional, friendly, fast pace working environment. The nurses and Dr. Basilice were highly knowledgeable, were comforting and non invasive.I would recommend their service to friends and family. I would suggest that patients try to get there early, as there are really punctual.

Dr. Basilice was very good, but I was unhappy with his office. I scheduled my appointment as a consultation for Lasek, I was not told I would be given an entire eye exam plus the components of a consultation, and would have to come back for yet another consultation. I also was not told that my eyes would be dilated or that I should've brought my glasses in addition to my contact lenses. I will not be returning here for another consultation or the actually surgery. I should also mention the office seemed very chaotic and unorganized.

Making an appointment online was very convenient and easy. The staff was very friendly and attended to me as soon as I walked in. I filled out brief paperwork ( because I was a new patient) and was seen shortly after. The waiting room and patient room was very clean and neat. I'm always nervous about new doctors near my eyes but the staff as well as the doctor made feel very comfortable. The appointment was thorough but quick and very informative (as I haven't been to an eye specialist in over 4 years). Definitely will be making this my permanent eye doctor and would definitely refer him to other people.

The staff and doctor were very nice. However, some tests were done that I had to pay for out of pocket even though my insurance company said they were fully covered. The refractive test, in particular, has always been covered when I went to other ophthalmologists. At this office, I was charged for it. I specifically said that I didn't want the test done but the doctor insisted. Now I am going back and forth between the insurance and this office trying to recoup the money with no satisfaction. I feel that this office takes advantage of their patients and I will not be returning.
