Dr Eletto was timely, thorough, and quick on the diagnostic know-how, He was able to discern that I had had ear surgery on my inner right ear without my saying anything, even though I came in for a left ear issue. Polite, friendly, and professional, Dr. Eletto was more impressive than my own PCP.

I met with Dr. Niraj Patel, not Dr. Vincent Eletto. However, Dr. Patel was very attentive, courteous and helpful to me. He listened to me when I told him all my symptoms, made a prompt diagnosis on the spot, carefully answered all my questions and prescribed me the appropriate medication. Also, I didn't have to wait long at all to see him. (I went on a Sunday morning though)
I do have to say the staff here is really outstanding. The receptionist was so nice and friendly to me. I felt like she practically went out of her way to help me. Also, the nurses here are wonderful too. My nurse in particular was very polite, easygoing and understanding. It was a breath of fresh air from what I'm normally used to.
All in all, I really appreciate the hospitality and service I got here and would love to come back again when I am sick. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

All of the office staff are so considerate and friendly. They always sincerely ask how I am doing and hope that I get better!

Same day service. Was able to book for a post lunch time visit. Minimal wait time and was directly seen after final review of my submitted paperwork. Efficient handling in advance of the visit of the necessary paperwork/documentation required by the attending physician & practise. Able to treat the condition as well as provide ongoing factors to watch. Doctor personable and attentive to my concerns.
