So wonderful to finally find a doctor who will take the time (time being the important word here) to actually sit down, review the x-rays and MRIs, explain them to me and tell me my best options and not have his hand on the door handle ready to leave the room! And gave me plenty of time to ask questions and actually answer them calmly. Every patient deserves that.

As a first time patient - the wait time to complete paperwork and processes was not unexpected. The Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute Facility on Burns Road is a beautiful new clinic office complex, organized staff & practitioners - Top Shelf.
Dr. Fowbie undertook a very careful questioned discussion on my health history, review of x rays taken, and performed physical checks for existing joint range of motion. Dr. Fowbie discussed with excellent detail a great framework related to joint replacement considerations, recovery times and expectations. He explained his preferred surgical approach and joint replacement material selection, covering a small universe of joint replacement approaches and material selections. That discussion was very open, pragmatic, and on point for understanding the risks and benefits associated with different choice. He answered every question completely and with patience. I would recommend him to any one whom is looking for seeking a qualified caring professional orthopedic surgeon. His nurse Jane - provided me with full contact details and encouraged me to follow up with any questions or any aspects related to treatment or scheduling. Very open, kind, and professional. Collectively, It was a great medical consultation with a strong caring team !
