The front desk staff was more interested in their iPhones than helping me check in. Apparently, they do not get appointments from zocdoc…at least that’s what I was told after I was sent to three different front desk employees. Not friendly, not caring. No apologies for the confusion. The tech was good and the doctor was excellent. The building is beautiful.

I was able to get an appointment right away. The office staff was very pleasant and friendly. The doctor was very informative, included me in my care and choice of care, gave me alternatives.
