Dr. Hatcher seemed knowledgeable. However, the way he communicated my condition to me was insensitive to the point it was inappropriate. His bedside manner was the worst I've ever seen, and it appears as though he treats his patients as revenue streams instead of someone who actually cares about their well being. I will return for a follow up visit, but I will not be recommending Dr. Hatcher and will most likely switch physicians.

It was fine aside from the fact that I was told I may have a problem than was not contacted for days after. I called relentlessly waiting to hear my diagnosis and what the next step was and was never gotten back to. I think that's simply awful to take someones health so lightly and not so much as have a message relayed by a nurse or receptionist. Never been more disappointed and have changed doctors.

Overall I had a great experience with Dr. Hatcher. I did not feel rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions and subscribe the appropriate product. The only compliant as mentioned by others is the wait time.

I was very satisfied with my visit and pleased with the level of detail of his assessment. I was also glad about his readiness to perform a biopsy on-the-spot in order to provide an even deeper assessment and plan for treatment.

Excellent! I have been a patient of Dr. Hatcher for many years and that speaks for itself. Although I was tardy for this visit my wait time was very short. I am always greeted by a professional office staff, pleasant atmosphere and Dr. Hatcher is absolutely wonderful!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Hatcher for years now. He's the best dermatologist I've ever come across. He's extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain all of my options for care. I always feel safe to ask him any questions and he's always very respectful about listening to my thoughts and needs. He's treated me for various skin related issues over the years and I'm always pleased with his diagnosis, giving me affordable options that fit with my insurance plan and the process of healing is much easier under his care. I recommend him very highly.

I have mixed feelings on the experience. My first visit the wait was about 20 minutes in the front waiting room, and then another 10 in the actual exam room. When Dr. Hatcher showed up it seemed as if he hadn't read the notes that his assistant took since he wasn't sure why I made the appointment. After sharing my reason for the visit again, he proceeded to inquire about other things that were not symptomatic such as skin complexion, possible itching around scalp, etc. He then gave a diagnosis about what he thought it could be, providing 2 possible conditions. I was prescribed a cream that actually did clear up the reason for the visit. On my second visit I had to wait for 30 minutes in the front waiting room, and another 25-30 minutes in the exam room. Again, when Dr. Hatcher came into the room he didn't seem to know why I was in the office, even though the assistant took notes again. Again he insisted that my complexion was problematic. So, I'm happy that he did find the solution to my problem, but I am not satisfied with the overall experience due to the extensive waiting time, the seeming lack of communication, etc.
