Worst dermatologist I’ve seen. Stay away. Dr. Hatcher kept me waiting over an hour. The consultation was underwhelming. The worst parts: He asked that I text him in two days to get my lab results and prescription—which I thought was odd.Two days later, lab tests weren’t back. Rather than let me know when it was ready, the responsibility laid on me the patient to follow up with him! Three weeks later, I text him again and he says he’s out of the country but he has a prescription for me, but I must text him my name, DOB and local pharmacy. He shared no information about what he prescribed and I learned from my pharmacist that it is a pill of higher milligrams than what I’ve previously taken which I told him I did not want. This practice doesn’t have much regard for the patient experience and I walk away from them dissatisfied and feeling like it was a waste of time and money. I will never go back.

Dr Hatcher has been my dermatologist for over 15 years - he has successfully helped me with multiple skin issues which many doctors before him were unable to treat. He is always methodical, thoughtful, never overly prescribing medications, always testing to make sure his diagnosis/treatment is right. He has helped me for years on long term issues like rosacea, eczema as well as quickly on small things: pimple zapping, ear piercing problems, minor burns. He’s literally a “face-saver” and a calm, friendly, very knowledgeable doctor that helps me put on “my best face” (Sorry for all the puns :) Highly recommend!

This was my first visit, and it went fine. However, I was irritated to find out that if you use a Visa credit card, you are assessed an additional service fee. I did not see this information anywhere when I booked the appointment on ZocDoc.

I was impressed with the Dr Hatcher’s knowledge he seemed to care about the plight of my issues. The only thing is you have to wait. I understand why though, he spends time with you. I came in at 820 andleft at 940 but it was well worth the time. I will be back to visit.

I saw Dr. Hatcher recently for a followup cosmetic procedure. I have been a patient of Dr. Hatcher’s for over 20 years and it shows. He has treated my cystic acne, removed skin tags and performed various cosmetic procedures. Dr. Hatchergives good advice and has a medical perspective which comes with experience.

I did not enjoy my visit with Dr. Hatcher. I arrived before my scheduled appointment because I work nearby and was on my lunch break. I waited 40 minutes before I was seen, understandably so he is the only doctor inthe office but there shouldn't be 4 people waiting to see one doctor. I had a mild case of eczema and wanted a second opinion, but he stood so far away from me while talking that it made me feel really uncomfortable. The personal interaction with this physician was next to none. I felt rushed and will not return.

It was just so so. I didn’t really find the office and the examination room all that comfortable. The doctor was ok but I couldn’t feel confident in his comments. I will be going to another doctor for a second opinion. They wouldn’t accept my FSA card because they said they have to charge me 3% fee for using VISA—which what my FSA debit card was. I called my FSA company and they said they never heard of anything like that.

Dr Hatcher came highly recommended however after confirming my insurance with his office 2 days prior, when I got to the office the receptionist told me he no longer accepts my insurance so I paid out of pocket. I felt rushedand felt like I couldn't ask the questions I intended to. He actually did say to me one of my questions was for "another day". I won't be going back obviously.

The first visit I wait more than 20 minutes to see the doctor. After diagnosing me, I found I had a recurrence of the condition a couple of weeks later. I requested a refund of my prescription and it was neversent out to a pharmacy despite multiple attempts. I'm not sure whether the incompetence lies with the doctor or his staff but I will not be returning to find out.

It was not the cleanest environment and definitely not very professional. Although I was able to see the doctor quickly, he did not seem knowledgable or at all interested in discussing much about my issues. The nurse was also very rudeand had to google my prescriptions in order to enter them into my file... she continued to text her manager while I was on the table. Not a great experience.

I was able to make a same day appointment and was taken into the examination room right on time. After getting blood pressure checked, approximate wait to see Dr. was about 15 minutes. Dr. Hatcher took his time examining me andasking specific questions about my medical history in order to figure out the best way to treat my problem. He did not rush, was very relaxed and very considerate. I felt like I've been seeing him for years, despite it being my first visit.
