Excellent appointment. The wait was a little long but not bad given it was my first time seeing Dr. Factor so I had paperwork to fill out anyways. Even if I hadn't had paperwork to fill out, the efficiency and care with which my appoint proceeded made the wait well worthwhile. Best physician I've seen in quite a while.

Very nice and attentive. She listened carefully to everything I had to say, made me feel comfortable. Everyone at the office was extremely polite, I felt welcomed.

This was my first time visiting this office and Dr. Factor. As someone who has generally avoided going to the doctor, I was very pleased with my visit and how comfortable I felt during my appointment. The front desk staff was very nice, as was Kyle, the nurse who saw me and took my vitals before the doctor came in to see me.
I found Dr. Factor to be very personable and knowledgable. She made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. I will be seeing her from now on as my family doctor.
