I've had a difficult time finding good doctors recently. I seem to keep getting stuck with ones that over schedule themselves and treat their practice like a money-mill & don't seem to care about their patients. You wait for an hour, see the doctor for 5 mins, they don't pay you any attention, throw a prescription at you and wave you out while their next patient is walking in. SUCH a waste of time and money. This was def. NOT so with doctor Vivek!
After being attended to by my usual Urgent Care facility, they recommended I see an ENT as soon as possible to figure out what was going on since I had been seen twice in a short time span for the same issue. Because of my bad luck with doctors, I was hesitant and anxious. So, I really went above and beyond in my research for finding a good doctor for this. I didnt want to feel like I was wasting my money. I came across a female doctor & doctor Vivek on Zocdoc & initially decided to go with the female doctor, but she turned out to only specialize in audiology. So I decided to make an appointment with doctor Vivek and I'm so glad I did.
I arrived early to my appointment as requested by the front office staff and my wait was probably less than 10 mins from my appointment time. The front office staff was very friendly & expedient. Dr. Vivek really took the time to listen to what was going on, & genuinely wanted to get to the root cause of the problem, which was why I was there. He was very thorough in his examination & treatment explanation. He tackled both mine & my husbands questions. He even walked with my husband and I to the front desk to make sure we got a follow up appointment scheduled with the colleague of his preference since he was going to be out of the office the following week & wouldn't be able to see me. I genuinely appreciated the time & attention he gave. If you need an ENT, you need Dr. Vivek!!
