In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider should be a generalist, capable of addressing a wide range of health concerns. This includes not only physical illness but also behavioral issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have worked in the medical field for over twenty-five years; first as a Medical Technologist, then a Physician Assistant and now a Physician. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy meditation and traveling around the world.
