Very family oriented and cares so much about each and every patient. My Baba and dyeda as well as dad and then now myself all see him. He is so humble and down to earth and really looks at everything with a non-bias opinion and rationally makes his decisions. Simple as this- his treatment has helped my life transition and slowly make steps as well as a SOLID PLAN to conquer my anxiety and PTSD SLOWLY BUT SURELY.

I enjoyed my first visit to the office. Unlike most reviewer's negative experiences with the front desk - mine was not as bad and was actually pleasant. I understand that the lady at the front desk could come off as rude, but from my understanding, she just seemed like a very occupied employee who was more focused on her work rather than on offering voluntary "kind" service. She wasn't rude, but merely direct and less engaged. The doctor, Dr. Grebennikov, was a very honest and sensible doctor. He was straightforward with his advice and yet was very understanding of what I had to tell him. He listens. The nurses and the other staff members are also very friendly and professional. The only negative thing was the long wait time. I had to wait an hour until I finally met with the doctor. However, that was made up with with the attentive and genuine service.

Good, but the Dr. was way too rushed. I waited about 4 hours for like a 5 minute appointment. Also, the 3-4 hour wait drove me crazy and made me furious because it wasted my whole afternoon. In addition, I think the front desk person is rude, but at least the techs were nice.
Receptionist ignored me and everyone else. Doctor didn't explain what was wrong, just gave me a shot and shooed me out the door. When I had a bad reaction, he denied it and said it was just my sickness getting worse. I ended up fetching an Uber home because I didn't feel good enough to drive, and I was on my couch and couldn't move for several hours. Slept off the shot, but felt like my experience was HORRIBLE.

I was in severe pain when I made this appointment. I was also grateful to find a doctor on such short notice. The wait time was so long however, that I actually logged back onto zocdoc when my wait time hit the 90 minute mark hoping to find another doctor who could see me the same day. Once I got to see Dr. G, my entire perception changed. I finally feel like I've been heard. He listened, was thorough, and ordered tests that should help pinpoint the problem. Richard drew five vials of blood out of my arm, which rarely gives one, with absolutely no pain and zero bruising. Additionally, the good doctor provided me with prescriptions and great dosing instructions that enable me to sleep and work relatively pain free. I look forward to getting my lab results within the next few days.

It was short, professional, effective visit. MD was communicating very well, to the point, understood my situation very fast and well. He was very helpful. I was very satisfied.

Dr G.'s office requires you to complete the medical records again at the time of your appointment, they did not integrate with the ones I filled out on Zocdoc. The wait was 90 minutes in the lobby, the nurse who checked me in told me that he was performing a procedure when I asked after waiting 1 hour. Dr. G is a very compassionate man who has an integrated medicine approach. He cares for his patients and wants them to feel their best. His approach to medicine makes me more tolerable of the extended wait times, although I wish his office staff was a little more proactive about telling the waiting patients what they can expect.
