I have been going to Dr. Holmsten for years and he is very kind and gets you in and out quickly. I often feel uncomfortable with doctors, but never with him. The staff are friendly and courteous.

He rushed. I was a new patient and he spent 6 mins with me and gave me an Rx and sent me on my way. That wouldnt have bothered me so much except it took over an hour for them to call me back because they didnt verify my insurance correctly. Not enough waiting room chairs people had to stand in the waiting room. All of these things alone wouldnt of bothered me but all of them together made it a very unimpressive experience.

Dr. Holmsten was very kind. However, I called the morning of my appointment to confirm that he would be able to fill my prescription and the girls that answered the phone said it would not be an issue. I explained to them what my prescriptions were and also asked if I would need my medical records, which they also said no, just my prescription bottles. When Dr. Holmsten saw me, he said he didn't even have the type of license to fill my prescriptions. He was very kind about it, and immediately gave me a refund for my visit. However, I was very frustrated that I specifically asked if this would be an issue, and instead of asking the doctor, the girls just said yes.
