About Dr. Elizabeth Maccato
A native Houstonian, Dr. Elizabeth Maccato attended the University of St. Thomas, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in biology in 2015; she graduated summa cum laude and was on the dean’s list for eight semesters. She went on to complete her medical degree in 2019 at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She relocated to Las Vegas to complete her Internal Medicine residency in 2022 at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Dr. Maccato treats adult patients, ages 18 and older, for acute and chronic medical conditions. She has a keen interest in LGBTQ+ healthcare.

I wish I would have meet Dr. M. a long time ago. She greeted me with a hand and a pleasant smile. She did not rush through my visit with her. She answered all my questions. It's obvious she cares about her patients.

Dr. Maccato is so good at listening to all my concerns, very professional, kind and makes patients feel involved in their healthcare. Does not hurry you and asks a lot of questions as to understand your conditions. It has been a long time since I had such a great physician.

Dr. Macato is amazing! She does not give the usual seemingly rigid 'doctor vibe'. She is a person, and she treats me like I am a person! She listens to my concerns and takes time to explain things to me in layman terms. I will definitely book her again.

Dr. Maccato was very professional and explain in detail what was going on with my husband's foot, that there was no infection and danger, but to keep an eye on it and call them if there was any change. She was very thorough!

Dr Maccato is a rare breed of doctors. She is super smart and listens intently to my issues. She develops a really good plan and puts in for all the needed referrals as they come up. I think she is the number one primary care Doctor at Kelsey.
