Dr. Weilan Johnson is board certified in dermatology and is a fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Johnson is a summa cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. She completed her degree with a 4.0 GPA.
She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 2011. Dr. Johnson completed an internship in internal medicine at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas and completed a residency in dermatology at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, California.

Dr. Johnson was fabulous. Easy to talk to, knowledgable, kind, and cares about your skin. Too often you encounter doctors that don't show personality, but Dr. Johnson was very warm and welcoming.
Additionally, everyone at Lone Star Dermatology was friendly, and the overall experience was the best I have had anywhere else. I look forward to going back!

I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Johnson was prompt, efficient, intelligent and she answered all my concerns. I especially appreciated the thoroughness of the exam. Her NP, Cassandra
was also very pleasant and asked all the right questions. Likewise for Lexi at the front desk. Everyone was very professional. All seemed genuinely concerned about me and my health. This will definitely be an annual affair.
I highly recommend this Dermatologist. She is what everyone looks for in a doctor!

My skin problem turned out to be no serious concern but the visit gave me a peace of mind. Dr. Johnson spent time and explained thorough analysis of the problem, including what might be the cause and the prognosis, with easy to understand language. She was thoughtful, supportive and professional.
