Visit went well. Although they do not accept credit cards. I have a p&a medical card for copays but had to pay out of pocket, the claim process alone is a pain in the butt. But otherwise good visit.

My visit was good. I was seen on time and I liked Dr. Tan. However, she did NOT let me know beforehand that she was sending my lab work to a lab OUTSIDE of my network. Do not assume that because she is in your insurance network that all of your work will be managed in network. Check with her beforehand to avoid any astronomical bills later on from the outside lab/provider.

I thought she was a excellent physician. Very pleasant and carring if it wasn't for the long commute I would defiantly go back to her. Her staffing are very pleasant as well.

I think she was completely rude,and showed not interest in hearing my symptoms. When I told her I was having horrible pain she simple said because the area was not "warm/hot to the touch" I couldn't possibly have pain which I thought was upsurd. I felt rushed out of the room and than could tell I was being spoken about negatively to her assistant in another language. She should take more pride in her work. I will not be returning
