The rating is low because of ZocDoc, not the office. When I got there I was told they don’t do bloodwork and that’s what I booked the appointment for. Why would this be an option for what I wanted if they don’t do it? Wasted my time and gas going there just to turn right back around

The office was quick and efficient. Due to my own poor understanding of my health insurance coverage, the in office visit cost me nearly $300 out of pocket. I was informed that if I had done a video appointment it would have cost me closer to $50 out of pocket. Again this was on me, and I’m glad that I was informed of a cheaper option for future visits. I thought I’d share that specific info here for anyone else who’s new to health insurance policies like I am. For transparency I went in for a tooth infection and was prescribe an antibiotic. The antibiotic and ibuprofen they prescribed me only cost $10 together at the pharmacy. They explained that again, this was an ailment that could have been seen over video call. So if you’re in a similar boat, or even not, maybe book online for a video appointment and if they /need/ to see you in person then head in. It’ll save you money on the long run if it’s easily treatable over video. Best of luck and health to you!

I think they should’ve done a little more. I have this terrible cough that won’t stop. They didn’t subscribe anything for my cough but some Mucinex day that doesn’t do anything but make it worse. Other than that ok for an urgent care. Also I was disappointed I wasn’t given a shot so i could get some relief from my ? misery.

Received a reminder via email and made me aware of my appt. The front desk was absolutely the BEST. One lady went out of her way to make sure I would get seen.
