I hadn’t been seen in a while but there were some changes that I didn’t care for. One was having to fill out questionnaires on the tablet. They should either send the questions electronically before the visit or schedule the visit 20 min. earlier. It took me like what seemed forever. Another is giving them a credit card for them to keep on file just in case there are billing issues with the insurance company or if people don’t pay their bills. Although I was a little hesitant, I did anyway because I pay my bills on time. Despite these new changes, I’ve been going to Mile High OBGYN for over 15 years and I love them!
