The doctor was very nice and had good bedside manners but I was not really happy about the information I got about my Hashimoto disease. The waiting time was really bad, I had an appointment but waited 2 hours to beseen by a doctor, first 1.5 hours in the waiting room and then 30 min in the exam room, that is unacceptable! And I got no explanation or apologies that the doctor is running late, that was extremely inconsiderate.
