Needed to find a new dermatologist since making a move out west and can definitely say that I had a pleasant experience at Dr. Tolpinrud’s office. She remained very professional throughout the whole process while also showing compassion and great bedside manner. After finishing my paperwork I was seen by the Dr. within a couple minutes. The whole staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend this dermatology office for all your skincare needs.

I was a little confused that my appointment via ZocDoc was 6pm and the receptionist said my slot was 6:30pm when I got there. But they let me see the doctor as soon as the paperwork etc was done and overall experience and the doctor were great.

This was my first visit with Dr Tolpinrud and I could not ask for a more perfect doctor. She was nice, professional, reassuring, worked with my insurance and did not make the visit rushed or awkward. Have been raving about her to anybody that makes a doctor reference.

I had an appointment with Dr. Tolpinrud earlier today and she was wonderful. She took her time listening to my concerns, she gave me different options of treatments and recommended to start with one and move to another one if the first didn't work. I had few questions and she answered all of them with patience. She was very friendly and I felt like she really cared.
I will definitely come back for a follow up in a few months and will recommend Dr. Tolpinrud to my friends.

Dr. Tolpinrud called me after I had test results come back as melanoma. She saw me the very next day. After going over my lab results, discussing what they meant and checking for any other potential melanoma spots she stayed 2.5 hours after her shift to help me schedule an appointment with an oncologist. After one successful attempt she continued to search for earlier appointments. When we had found a doctor that could see me within 2 days I left. After calling the oncologist that day I became worried he was not on the same page as me. I figured I'd see him and go from there. However, Dr. Tolpinrud must have also called him and realized the same issues I had. My indifference to this new doctor gave me such anxiety until Dr. Tolpinrud called me twice the morning of my appointment. She herself had contacted my doctor and made sure we were all on the same page before my appointment.
I just cannot express what a relief it was to have her during such a scary time. She was amazing and I am so grateful to have chosen her.
Also, there was zero wait time for my scheduled appointment.
