About Dr. Maya Firsowicz
Dr. Maya Firsowicz is a board-certified dermatologist with advanced fellowship training in cosmetic dermatology. Born in Warsaw, Poland, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then attended the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine before completing her dermatology residency at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. During her residency, Dr. Firsowicz established a strong foundation in medical and surgical dermatology, gaining extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of complex skin conditions.
Following residency, Dr. Firsowicz pursued training through an ASDS-accredited cosmetic dermatologic surgery fellowship at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in La Jolla, CA, where she trained with world-renowned leaders in the field. During this time, she gained expertise in dermal fillers and biostimulators, neuromodulators, and lasers and energy-based devices for skin rejuvenation and tightening. She also has formal training in minimally invasive body contouring, tumescent liposuction, and vein treatments such as sclerotherapy.
Dr. Firsowicz is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, balanced results that enhance their unique features. She approaches every treatment plan with an artistic eye and a deep respect for individuality, combining science-backed skincare, injectables, and energy-based devices to create subtle, balanced enhancements. Her philosophy centers on healthy skin, natural beauty, and comprehensive care, allowing patients to look and feel like the best version of themselves.
