Filthy slow office with Dr. having little knowledge of what he is doing. Do not go to this professional.
This is a friendly atmosphere, Dr Bond and wife Linda are so nice and I feel well taken care of.

I was not seen until 2 1/2 hours after my appoinment.
It was a good outcome and I was glad that I saw him.

Went well
I was very dissatisfied — his receptionist Sherry is very unprofessional and I will never make another appointment with this office. I do not recommend!
The doctor was fine - the receptionist was awful, rude, and intentionally Ave me wrong informations Refused to check for my already filled out forms. Took 47 minutes to check me in with forms I already did. Doctor said I could get a CT scan that day with a walk in - was not true in that hospital. Wound up spending from 11:50 am - 2:35 pm at this hospital (appt was 12:15 - didn’t even see doctor til after 1:15). This was an awful experience.

He identified my problem within minutes and solved it quickly! Has a vast array of knowledge and has very practical solutions.
Verified patient
Reception unfriendly and very slow to check-in. Took over an hour to enter my information and take my vitals, though my information was sent with Zocdoc. Doctor used restroom next door to patient room and clearly did not wash hands, which I again noticed when he touched my nose. Unsanitary, and unacceptable for a doctor. Would not visit again.
Dr. Bond is a good doctor. He saw me on time, addressed all of my concerns, and I will be returning to him for a follow-up. A really good experience and in DC it's very hard to find good doctors, so I am happy with this despite having a bad earache.
Verified patient
The wait time was extremely unreasonable; however, once I actually was taken back, Dr. Bond was great. Also, the front desk manager was extremely nice and apologized for the long wait.
I always enjoy my visits with dr. Bond as he is patient, careful in his treatment and always explains why and how to take care of the tissue that brought you to I enjoy interacting with him, Ms. Bond and his office staff.
Verified patient
Dr was very patient listening to my complaints, did a lot of tests , & very professional . I am a new patient & am Very impressed as he knew my history of past illnesses , meaning he went thru my record before I was called in ..He spent time in discussing about my treatment. He was not in a rush , I appreciate this dr very much ..
Verified patient
He was very professional.

Dr. Bond is an amazing doctor. I was seen following an unresolved ear problem from the Emergency Room and couldn't be happier with my treatment.
Verified patient
I found Dr. Bond to be very professional and courteous. After 3 trips to prompt care clinics, I was happily surprised by the amount of time he took to understand my symptoms and that he asked if I was comfortable with his suggested course of action. I will return for follow-up after scans.
I was especially pleased with the welcoming of Dr. Bond's staff. It makes a big difference to me when a patient is greeted in a warm, professional manner. That tells me that the doctor is intuitive about his staff and operations of his office. Dr. Bond started out with a listening ear with me as I explained my condition. I could tell that he had listened to me intently as he asked a series of questions before he even started his exam. He then explained thoroughly his responses to my questions and concerns. He explained why he was prescribing the medication to me, and additional tests that I should take. I took the medication after being prescribe several other medications by another doctor and started feeling much better within 2-3 days. Thank you so much Dr. Bond.

Ok visit. Took a while to be seen and for me to be processed by the (otherwise lovely) receptionist. Dr. Bond was ok although openly uninterested in talking about a non-ENT related medical issue I wanted to ask his general opinion on. Kept using medical terminology that I had to ask him to explain. The visit was for a second opinion and I'm not entirely sure why I needed to be there for 1.5 hours...
Excellent, professional, warm and friendly
This is my second visit to Dr. Bond's office and my first visit he was called away but I was able to set another appointment on the same day. At my second visit, I was seen immediately. Dr. Bond seems to be a very caring person and spends as much time as you need to ask questions. I do plan to make another appointment with him.
Absolutely wonderful professional. I highly recommend Dr. Bond. He immediately explained the reason for my problem and offered me a couple of methods to address the issue.
Verified patient
Dr. Bond was working by himself today, so it took a little longer than expected - even after calling them to ask if we could come in about an hour early. We got there around 2:20 for a 3:15 appointment, and still weren't seen until 4:15/4:30 pm.
Verified patient
He was warm, reassuring, and comfortable with a new patient. What impressed me the most was his taking the time from his busy schedule to explain complex medical issues, unlike many Docs who either ignore your questions or discourage them by using obscure medical terminology.
Verified patient
The wait time was a little rough, but the professionalism of the staff and the doctor's expertise, care, and beside manner were all top notch. I would mostly attribute the wait time to the average age of his other patients.
Very good got out very happy very professional
Verified patient
Dr. Bond was very knowledgable about my condition and told me how it would be handled in great detail. I need a follow-up visit to proceed with the next step that will hopefully relieve the issue I have currently having. I would recommend Dr. Bond to anyone.
Verified patient
Dr. Bond and his staff were very kind, professional and helpful during my entire visit. The staff made me feel safe and comfortable by their friendly personality. Dr. Bond was extremely thorough in treating my illness. He explained each and every step as he examined me. The most important thing about my visit with Dr. Bond was that he listened to me and allowed me to finish my thoughts.

Great Office Staff; Great Doctor.
Verified patient
Great doctor - he is very knowledgable but the wait time was ridiculous. I waited over an hour to see the doctor as the times available on zocdoc were not the same. The office told me that while I signed up for a 12pm appt, they had me for 1pm and then did not begin my appt until 120 as it was.

He was great, very personable
Verified patient
He was very professional, sensitive to issue and at the same time he has a sense of humor to ease away your tension. I would strongly recommend this doc
Verified patient
Dr. Bond was very thorough and made sure that I knew my ailments. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and they were very knowledgeable. I will definitely come again.
Verified patient
It was the longest wait I've ever experienced. Then to top it off he prescribed me medication that was recently pulled off the shelves. I would not recommend him to any new patients.
Verified patient
Dr Bond is great. I had a long wait because they were having some issues with their computer system, but Ms Linda was extremely apologetic and accomadating- it wasn't a bad wait. I was able to get the care I needed. Dr Bond is clearly very smart and good in his field. I will always go to him for ENT care.
Verified patient
Other than the excessive wait time, my visit with Dr. Bond was very professional. and sufficient. He answered my questions and was very reassuring that the progress in the healing process was on track.
Verified patient
Long waits despite what appeared to be a lack of patients was a big issue, as was the inexperience in handling my BlueCross insurance (as though it was not very common). But also the advice I received related to an underlying issue that was important to me was primarily negative - focused on what I could not do rather than what I could do about it.
