Very knowledgeable doctor. Extremely easy to talk to and understand. The wait time was horrible however and there was only one person ahead of me.

My wait time was a little longer because there was a problem with my insurance. But everyone was so nice, communicated with me and talked to me to make sure overall I had a good experience as a new patient. The doctors and staff were also very nice, helpful and friendly with all the patients in the waiting room. I would definately recommend this office.

I waited two hours and this guy comes in with terrible bedside manor. Arrogant, and didn’t help me one bit. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

I came in with a specific ailment, and after waiting for 1 hour, Dr. Kritzberg saw me and only wanted to talk about a skin condition I have that makes my cheeks flushed. He literally said, "I'm not supposed to say this, but you are an attractive woman, and you can't just let that go down the drain... you need to get that treated immediately" ... It was not only extremely unprofessional, but also just plainly rude.
He also spent the majority of the appointment googling things in front of me. Listen, I understand anyone in any profession has to google things, but this doctor literally googled my symptoms in front of me.... so of course I felt I couldn't trust a word he said. Again, really unprofessional. Definitely never going back there.
