We welcome new patients to our practice. We look forward to providing you with the best possible care we can provide.
As such, we need to get to know you and your medical history before we can start addressing specific health needs or conduct an annual physical. Your first visit with us will be a time for you to get to know the staff and for us to get to know you and your history.
**Please instruct your current physician to send patient records to our office prior to appointment.**
We have a no show policy in place. We require 24 hours prior notice for all cancellations of scheduled/confirmed appointments.
Dr. Montesano received his undergraduate and Master degrees from the SUNY at Buffalo. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Ancona, Italy and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (University of Buffalo).
His interest is in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He served as an EMT, Paramedic, and volunteer firefighter in Western New York. Dr. Montesano volunteered with NATO and the UN during the Bosnian Conflict, helping refugees and assisting in military air medical evacuations. For his efforts, he was awarded the Air Command Commander’s Commendation by the Canadian Ambassador to Italy.
He is currently the Advanced Life Support Medical Director for Victor-Farmington ambulance (Victor, NY) and Naples ambulance (Naples, NY), in addition to being the Medical Director for the Victor fire department (Victor, NY). He also serves on the Finger Lakes Emergency Medical Center.
