I had an initial consultation with this clinic that went fine. It was pretty straightforward, and I left feeling like everything was on track.
After that, I came back for a physical and bloodwork, and the provider prescribed medication. The problem started once my insurance required prior authorization. From that point on, communication completely fell apart. I received absolutely no follow up from the clinic, and despite trying to get updates and next steps, I was essentially ghosted.
It is frustrating to get through the appointment process, labs, and a treatment plan, only to be left hanging at the exact point where the clinic needs to do their part to move things forward.
If you are someone who may need prior authorization or any kind of insurance coordination, I would be cautious. The lack of follow up and basic communication made this experience feel unreliable and not patient focused.

He is friendly and listens to your concerns. He has great bedside manner and makes recommendations for you to return and get a physical to get you on track with your health. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PCP!
