He completed his general surgery internship at the King-Drew Postgraduate Medical Center, and completed three junior fellowships at various institutions in pediatric orthopaedics, hand surgery, and head trauma and spine surgery. He then completed his full residency in orthopaedic surgery at the King-Drew Postgraduate Medical Center. Dr. Simpson has been in practice since 1985.
Dr. Simpson sees patients experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome, neck problems, wrist pain, pediatric hand problems, tennis elbow, degenerative diseases, sports injuries, and herniated disks. He performs microsurgery, X-rays, and wrist arthroscopy.
