He seems like he’s a good doctor, but the wait time is out of the normal. I got in at 1015 didn’t get seen until 1210. If u have time to waste then he’s good.

I believe the doctor has potential, but sadly it was my worst experience in a clinic that I’ve EVER experienced. I went in for just results from a test, took 1.75 hours just to get called into the room. Then vitals were taken and I sat for another 45 mins. I was very verbal with staff not cursing and carrying on but wondering what could possibly take so long for the doctor to come and tell me a few words and send me on my way. I DO NOT recommend going here. Like I said they have potential but I’m not sticking around to see it.

Minimum wait time of at least an hour. Staff never asks for urine sample. Last visit, after I asked to give a sample because I had blood in my urine the toilet didn’t flush and there was no soap, paper towels or wipes. In addition, this office books appointments without your consent and sends an email telling you when THEY want you to come in for appointments and even set up your surgery date without discussing it with the patient. At my last visit I went in on a Monday due to excessive flank pain and blood in my urine over the weekend. He told me they wouldn’t have the culture back for a couple of days so he would prescribe an antibiotic Incase it was a UTI. At no time in the 3 minutes he was in the room did he examine me. The next day I was taken to South Nassau Hospital due to a kidney stone passing. Knowing I was scheduled for surgery 4 days later he assured me he would call with results of the urine sample ASAP. He never did. In fact, I called his office, was informed he wasn’t in that office on that day but they would get him the message and have him call me. Never happened.

Dr Ulmer is a good provider however, the wait time is extremely too long which, I’m sorry to say, makes him look really bad. I’ve been to him 4 times and have waited at least an hour before being called into an exam room and another hour in the exam room with a scheduled appointment. This is outrageous. I manage a medical facility and would not tolerate this form of negligence.

Dr. Ulmer is a very nice young doctor who answered every question I had as well as imparted some medical wisdom to me. I had to wait about 15 minutes for him to see me but I won’t let that take away from my personal experience with him.
Verified patient
Very down to earth, knowledgeable doctor who took time to listen to all my concerns while quickly coming up with a solution to address my issues. Will definitely return.
Excellent doctor, he take the time to explain everything. If you have doubts about your manhood, he really boosts your self esteem . I walk out the office with hope a tons of confidence. He is a doctor that really connects with his patient. If you are AA and have ED , this is the doctor to visit.
